  1. Dispatch and Timeliness:

All Avoran products are dispatched from our store within 3 working days of placing your order. We prioritize prompt shipping to ensure you receive your fashion items in a timely manner. We currently offer shipping services worldwide, allowing you to enjoy Avoran’s fashion no matter your location.

  1. Shipping Partners:

Avoran has established partnerships with leading local and international shipping providers to guarantee the safe and swift delivery of your orders. Upon handing over your purchased product to our delivery partner, you will receive details of the delivery service engaged by Avoran. Please note that shipping and delivery timings may vary based on the working hours of the destination country and the policies of our courier partners.

  1. Shipping Address:

To facilitate smooth delivery, customers are required to provide a complete street address along with pin code and phone number when placing an order. Avoran does not ship to Post Office Box addresses, and we do not assume responsibility for non-delivery of orders to P.O. Boxes.

  1. Shipping Charges:

Avoran offers free shipping within the designated regions. For international deliveries, any customs duties or taxes assessed by relevant authorities will be borne by Avoran on behalf of our customers and then charged in the final bill. The product prices do not include applicable custom/import duties or taxes, providing a hassle-free experience for our customers.

  1. Order Delivery and Dispatch Policy:

Orders placed with Avoran are processed on weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding National or declared holidays. After dispatch, delivery times typically range from 1-4 business days within India and 3-10 business days for international deliveries. Unforeseen circumstances may cause occasional delays, but our Customer Care team is dedicated to working closely with logistics providers to ensure  prompt delivery of your orders.

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once the product is shipped there cannot be any modifications or refund. Any modification must be made before shipment. For a customized product there cannot be any modification after the product is ready.

A return is possible only when the product received by the customer is defective. Any defect must be reported to Avoran within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We will refund the entire amount after receiving the product back at Avoran. The customer will solely bear the responsibility of returning the product.
