Dispatch & Timelines

• All Avoran ready to wear orders shown in the website are dispatched within 3-5 working days  from the date of purchase. If the products are customised it may take  10 -15 days depending on the type and availability of  the product.

• We ship across India and internationally, ensuring our handcrafted creations reach you wherever you are.

Shipping Partners

• Avoran works with trusted domestic and international courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, courier partner policies, and local working days.

Shipping Address Guidelines

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including street details, PIN code, and a valid phone number.

Shipping Charges

• India  : Orders above ₹ 2,500 will be borne by Avoran. For orders below ₹2,500 a flat shipping charge of ₹150 applies.

• International Orders: Courier charges are payable by the customer once confirmed by the courier partner.

• Any customs duties or import taxes applicable for international orders will be borne by the customer.  It is advisable to the customer to check the custom duties or taxes before placing the order.

• Product prices do not include international customs or import duties.

Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and declared holidays.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 1–4 business days after dispatch

  • International: 5–15 business days after dispatch
    

• While delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, our team works closely with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
